General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for The Sonic Soul
1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts between The Sonic Soul (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Buyer"), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1 Conclusion of contract
A purchase contract is concluded when the buyer makes a purchase via third-party providers such as Elopage, Thrivecart or Copecart or when a separate invoice is issued between the seller and buyer and this process can be tracked via e-mail traffic.
1. products and services
a. Returns and Cancelation
The following applies to all products such as online Zoom events or other online products: Returns or cancelations are not possible.
b. Become a Sound Healer Training/ Online program
Cancellation of participation in Sound Healing trainings is possible up to 6 weeks before the start of the training at the latest. In this case, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged. After this period has expired, no cancellation is possible and the full amount is due.
1. Terms of payment
The terms of payment result from the respective agreements between the seller and the buyer, as specified in the invoices or the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.
1. exclusion of liability
The seller accepts no liability for any damage arising from the use of the products purchased or participation in the services offered.
1. changes to the GTC
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The amended GTC shall apply from the date of publication on the Seller's website.
1. final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the registered office of the seller, insofar as the buyer is a registered trader or a legal entity under public law or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
